This clinically proven pressure gradient supports venous blood flow, minimizes blood pooling, and helps prevent thromboembolic complications in inactive or recovering patients.
The DVT-18 stocking provides maximum compression at the ankle and gradually reduces pressure toward the calf and thigh to encourage venous blood return and reduce clot formation risks.
Turn the stocking inside out up to the heel section.
Place the foot carefully through the inspection toe opening and into the stocking.
Slowly pull the stocking upward toward the knee or thigh, ensuring even distribution.
Smooth out wrinkles and adjust the stocking to maintain proper graduated compression.
